This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Altverna, operated by Silverstein Global Ltd.
By placing an order on this website, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch an order and does not include shipping transit time.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or operational disruptions, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information where available.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:
- customs clearance procedures

- local postal service performance
- weather conditions
- holidays and peak seasons
- transportation disruptions
- force majeure events
Customers acknowledge that delivery times may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Delays caused by these factors do not qualify for automatic refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by independent third-party shipping carriers.
Altverna does not control carrier operations.
Carrier tracking records and delivery confirmations may be used as evidence when resolving delivery disputes.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:
- full name
- street address and house number
- apartment/unit number (if applicable)
- city
- postal code
- country
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, misdelivered, or returned.
Orders affected by incorrect customer-provided information are not eligible for refunds.
Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Tracking data is provided by third-party carriers and may experience delays or limited updates.
Proof of Delivery
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer:
- The order is considered delivered and fulfilled
- Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery will not be eligible for a refund
Carrier confirmation may include delivery scans, GPS data, or other verification methods.
Customers may need to contact the carrier for further assistance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, customers must contact us so that we can initiate an investigation.
Investigations may take several business days or longer.
Customers may be required to cooperate with the investigation process.
Failure to cooperate may limit eligibility for replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Altverna is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
- incorrect shipping address
- refusal of delivery
- failure to collect the package
- inability of the carrier to complete delivery
The order may not be eligible for refund.
Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Issues
Altverna is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.
Returns and Return Shipping
Returns must comply with our Refund & Return Policy.
Return authorization is required before sending any items back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
